| These Terms of Service govern the relationship between GrowWithSakib (‘Agency’, ‘we’, ‘us’) and any individual or business (‘Client’, ‘you’) who engages our services. |
| By hiring GrowWithSakib or signing a service agreement, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. |

2. Services
Each service engagement will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal. Below is a summary of what each service includes and excludes.
2.1 SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

2.2 AEO & GEO (Answer Engine & Generative Engine Optimization)

Structured data, schema markup, and featured snippet optimization

Generative search visibility audits and strategic recommendations

NOT included: Guaranteed rankings in AI-generated results — results vary by platform
2.3 WordPress Design

Responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile

Plugin setup, page speed optimization, and basic SEO configuration

NOT included: Ongoing maintenance, hosting costs, or domain registration (unless agreed separately)
2.4 Business Growth Strategy

Growth roadmap creation and strategic recommendations

One-on-one consulting sessions via Zoom or Google Meet

NOT included: Implementation of strategies — implementation is a separate engagement
2.5 Meta Marketing (Facebook & Instagram)

Meta ad campaign creation, management, and optimization

Audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences

Ad creative briefing, A/B testing, and performance reporting

NOT included: Ad spend budget (Client pays Meta directly), creative production (unless agreed)
2.6 General Marketing

Integrated digital marketing strategy across multiple channels

Email marketing, content marketing, and campaign management

Monthly performance reports and strategy reviews
3. Payment Terms

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate business information, access credentials, and materials in a timely manner

Grant necessary access to Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, WordPress, or other platforms

Respond to communications within 3 business days

Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines

Pay all invoices on time as per the agreed payment schedule

Inform GrowWithSakib of any changes to business goals or service requirements
6. Intellectual Property

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive business information shared during the engagement, including:

Login credentials and account access details

Client data, customer lists, and proprietary processes

Any information marked as confidential by either party
This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
GrowWithSakib is not liable for:

Loss of revenue or business opportunities resulting from service delivery

Google algorithm or Meta platform policy changes that affect results
-
Website downtime caused by third-party hosting providers
-
Actions taken by the client that negatively impact campaign or SEO performance
-
Security breaches caused by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, WordPress, etc.)
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. No Guarantee of Results
GrowWithSakib does not guarantee specific outcomes including:

Specific Google rankings or organic traffic numbers from SEO services

Appearance in AI-generated search results from AEO & GEO services
-
Specific return on ad spend (ROAS) or revenue from Meta Marketing
-
A specific number of leads, sales, or conversions from any service

10. Termination

| By Client | 30 days written notice required. All outstanding invoices must be settled. |
| By GrowWithSakib | 14 days notice if the client breaches these Terms or payment obligations. |
| Immediate termination | Either party may terminate immediately in case of fraud or illegal activity. |
| After termination | We will return all client-owned assets and access credentials within 7 business days. |
12. Force Majeure
GrowWithSakib shall not be held liable for delay or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or platform shutdowns.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Active clients will be notified by email of any material changes.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with any signed Service Agreement or Proposal, constitute the entire agreement between GrowWithSakib and the Client and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
